Loyalty Card terms and conditions.

This customer loyalty card scheme is operated by Imaginarium Books Limited T/A The Imaginarium, Lymington SO41 9AP. Registered in England & Wales: company no. 14054046.

• The Imaginarium can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme at any time, including these terms and conditions or any individual customer loyalty card.

• For every £1 spent in-store, you will earn 10 loyalty points.

• For every 500 points yoiu earn, you will be issued a £5 voucher to spend in-store.

• Points have no cash alternative.

• The customer loyalty card scheme is only valid in store.

• If we identify that you hold two or more customer loyalty cards, these cannot be merged.

• The customer loyalty card scheme is for personal use only; business/trade use is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse. The Imaginarium reserves the right, at point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage.

• The Imaginarium can take any action it considers appropriate, including removing a customers loyalty card and any points accrued if we have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme.
