Fantasy Books Coming Out in January to June 2025
It’s a new year which means new books and there are plenty of new fantasies that we absolutely can not wait to get our hands on. From debut authors, new series and sequels we have been waiting a thousand years to read, there is plenty to look forward to in the first half of the year.
Atalanta by Jennifer Saint - A Review
With every Jennifer Saint book I read, I always feel myself being compelled to keep reading and it was no different with Atalanta. Saint’s writing style is easy to read but also has substance to it and other than the many unpronouncable names that the greeks used, I had no problems flying through this book.
A Rewiew of My Dog
The Dark Mirror - a Review
Some books are so familiar that reading them is like being home again…

Book Review - The Book That Wouldn’t Burn by Mark Lawrence
“All books, no matter their binding, will fall to dust. the stories they carry may last longer. they might outlive the paper, the library, even the language in which they were first written. the greatest story can reach the stars.”

The Book of Azrael by Amber V. Nicole - Review
When I first picked this book up I wasn’t expecting to like it all, in fact I thought this would be a DNF. It ended up being a 5 star read and the book that got me back into reading fantasy!
The Duke and I by Julia Quinn - A Team Review
Chesnut Springs by Elsie Silver - A Series Review
The Chestnut Springs Series by Elsie Silver is a series of five romance novels set in a fictional western town, on a ranch following the love lives of three brothers and two other characters. Be warned, once you start this series you will not be able to put it down. I binged the whole thing in a week, these books are so easy to read and I was emmersed in the world, the author really knows how to describe a setting and make you feel like you’re there without the book feeling overly descriptive.

Book Review - What I Talk About When I Talk About Running - Haruki Murakami.
Isn’t it amazing, the power of words?
They can make us laugh. They can make us cry. The can impart wisdom or be the spark of imagination…..
Divine Rivals by Rebecca Ross - A Review
This was my first 5 star read of the year and it deserves every single star. It’s one of those books that I’m kicking myself for not reading sooner but also glad I waited because I can dive straight into the second and final book of the Letters of Enchantment duology and after the ending we got, I will not be okay until I find out what happens next.
